Canadian singer The Weeknd will perform live at the Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on August 14, 2022. The concert will mark the first-ever concert at the newly built stadium, which is home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.
Fans who are unable to attend the concert in person can still watch the performance through a pay-per-view live stream, which will be available on various digital platforms. The live stream is being produced by media and entertainment company Moment House, in partnership with The Weeknd.
The concert is part of The Weeknd’s “After Hours” world tour, which was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour, which features hits such as “Blinding Lights” and “Save Your Tears,” will also include stops in major cities in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, is a Grammy Award-winning artist known for his unique blend of R&B, pop, and electronic music. He has sold over 75 million records worldwide and has won numerous accolades for his music and performances.
